Merchandise Returns

Unused, unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging when applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food products
  • Coffee beans
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Grounded Coffee House.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Coffee Cart & Event Bookings

Deposits and payments for coffee cart, catering, or event services are governed by the terms outlined in the event agreement provided at the time of booking.
